Sjaan Evans is the Chief Operating Officer at the Pacific Clinical Research Network (PCRN), where she plays a pivotal role in overseeing operations and advancing clinical research initiatives across the network.
 
Prior to this, Sjaan held the position of General Manager of Research & Development Operations at Douglas Pharmaceuticals. In that capacity, she led day-to-day operations for Douglas Innovations, managed quality control and project management teams, and directed program delivery while overseeing the R&D profit and loss, ensuring all projects stayed within budget.

Sjaan is known for her passion for new drug development and commercialization and has a proven track record in the clinical trials and R&D sectors. Her expertise spans areas including change and risk management, negotiations, operations planning and management, strategic planning, and coaching.
