As CEO of Momentum Clinical Research, I lead a clinical trials organisation formed through the strategic integration of three businesses over the past 18 months—my first role in the clinical trials sector, leveraging decades of transformation and operational excellence experience.

My career has centred on building sustainable businesses through strategic roll-ups, complex relationship management, and brand development. At Tāmaki Health, New Zealand's largest primary healthcare network, I served as COO and interim CEO, overseeing 50 clinics and 1,200+ staff whilst executing four major acquisitions and launching the country's first digital healthcare brand. This healthcare experience, combined with commercial leadership and business development roles across Samsung, Sky, and Vodafone, provides valuable insight into regulated, patient-focused environments.

I specialise in transforming complex stakeholder relationships whilst maintaining focus on commercial outcomes and operational excellence. My people-first leadership approach has successfully integrated multiple acquisitions, built market-leading brands, and developed strategic partnerships across diverse industries.
