Jon is a patient engagement specialist with 14 years' experience working with patients, healthcare agencies, advocacy groups and pharmaceutical companies to elevate the patient voice across healthcare and clinical product development. In his most recent professional roles he has established and led patient engagement functions at two global agency groups and now operates as an independent consultant based in New Zealand. Jon is APAC Regional Ambassador for the International Society of Patient Engagement Professionals (ISPEP).
